Fuel the Sole's Sole Series

Event 1: MEAS 1 Mile Run Start Time 8:00AM

 Test your mile or even PR your own mile!         

• Runners will be timed and tracked as they run (4) 400 Meter sprints around the designated loop.
• Male Division
• Female Division
• Both male and female will run together but will be separated in division score
• Winners of each division will be awarded a prize 

Event 2: Power Hour Run Start Time 9:00AM 

• 60 Minute endurance run/walk around the designated loop
• Runners will be timed and tracked
• Run in a 400 Meter around loop for 60 minutes
• Winners with the most amount of laps in 60 minutes will be awarded a prize for both male and female divisions
