Family Friendly 5K Race - Raising Funds for Educational Scholarships
To honor the memory of Aaron J. McGruder who passed away, far too young, leaving a wife and small child. We are here to raise funds for kids who have lost a parent to Mesothelioma, cancer or other tragic event. The funds will be used to grant scholarships for collegiate and vocational education.
Runners, Walkers, Young, Old - Come one, come ALL!!
Location: Spirit of '76 Shelter, Lunken Airport Playfield, 4740 Playfield Lane, Cincinnati, OH US 45226
Divisions:
Run Divisions: 11 and under, 12-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Walk Divisions: 29 and under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Awards: Top three Male and Female Runners. Top three Male and Female Walkers. First Male and Female in each running and walking division.
Awards Ceremony: Immediately following the Race
Post-Race: Refreshments will be provided.
Registration Fee:
Adults 15 and over:
- $15 through March 14th.
- $20 from March 15th - May 4th (may the fourth be with you)
- $25 from May 5th through May 15th
- $30 Race Day, May 16th.
Kids 14 and under:
- $10 through March 14th.
$15 from March 15th - May 4th (may the fourth be with you)
$20 from May 5th through May 15th
$25 Race Day, May 16th.
Registration includes Chip timing, post-race refreshments and more.
T-Shirts: Top-quality Technical shirts are optional and available for $15. Race Day cost for T-shirts is $15, if available.
Register Online: Register online with a credit card through Friday, May 15, 2020.
Register by Mail: Register by Printing a PDF Race Flyer and Mailing. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Monday, May 11, 2019.
Register at the Race: Race day registration and packet pick up is from 8:00 - 9:15 am at the venue. Cash or check only on race day.
Packet Pickup: There is no early packet pick up for this event.

Chip Timing
This year's event will be timed using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
