What is the Stormwater Run-Off ?
During Stormwater Awareness Week, Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District hosts our annual 5K and 1-Mile Fun Walk. Run on the Towpath Trail and learn different ways to slow it down, spread it out, and soak stormwater in throughout the course! Additionally, all proceeds directly support our Conservation Action Grant & Scholarship Funds, strengthening our community's capacity to lead and participate in conservation initiatives. Join us on Sunday, October 4th, 2026 for a morning filled with fun facts, great company, and opportunities to connect with valuable community resources.

Giveaways & Prizes
All registered participants will receive the 2026 commemorative shirt (with sizes subject to availability to registrations after September 20th). Light snacks will be available post-race to all finishers. Additionally, all race participants will receive $5 off their order at Smooth Rider Food Truck if you show your race bib.
5K awards will be given to top three overall male, female, and non-binary finishers. A choice of a rain barrel, $50 Meadow City gift card, and $50 Clean Car Wash gift will be offered.
Top three kids under 12-years-old will receive a $25 Mitchell's Ice Cream gift card.
