We are thrilled to be back with the Harbor Hustlers running group out of Voinovich Bicentennial Park.
Since 2017, hundreds of fitness enthusiasts have joined in on educational & enjoyable group runs and workouts - led by area run specialty coaches.
This summer program is considered a safe and inclusive workout environment for all ages and ability levels and is entirely free to the public.
These group runs are held every Thursday evening - June through September.

What to Expect
Do I need to pay to join?
No, but participants are required to “register” online and sign the waiver before attending their first group run. Runners do not need to register after their first run/workout.
This is for easy access to emergency contacts, updates via text and email notifications & discounts for events & giveaways. 
What are the dates?
Thursday, June 1 through September 21.
If you can't make the first run, no worries! We welcome pop-ins.
What time do we start/when will we be done?
Open to Arrive/Check-in: 6:00pm
Warmup 6:25pm
Workout/Run 6:30pm
Cooldown 7:15pm 
Is there a pace requirement?
NO - many participants will come to walk/jog the entire workout/learn more about the sport of running. Paces range 7-15 min/mile. 
What Else?
Parking?
1. Most runners will park at the FREE parking lot DOCK 32 behind the First Energy Stadium with the printable parking pass included in the confirmation email. 
This lot can be accessed by cutting through the walkway along the Science Center and across the new pedestrian bridge. This lot is only available for individuals who print and display the parking pass on their dash. 
2. Runners may park along Erieside (near Science Center) - metered parking is FREE after 6:00pm. 
3. Runners may also purchase a parking pass directly on 9th St. Pier. 
 
Should I bring anything? Try to bring properly fitted shoes, whether appropriate clothes, a water bottle and ID/card is helpful.

There will be secure bag check on the pier to leave your personal items in a safe spot during the workouts.

Headphones? Dogs? Strollers? Participants can bring headphones, but volume must be low/able to hear everyone around you. Strollers and dogs on leashes are always welcome!

June 8: 2 and 4 mile city run
June 15: Run specific circuit workout
June 22: Hill interval workout
June 29: 2.5 and 4.5 mile city run

You will be welcomed by professionally experienced coaches who have a "quality over quantity" approach when it comes to running. 
Participants will never be obligated to cover a distance farther than their ability level -all workouts and runs are designed to accommodate most fitness types - including walkers. 
Most participants fall within the
7-15 minute/mile range.
