Force Network Fund 5k
Force Network Fund was founded by Columbus Blue Jackets forward Cam Atkinson and his uncle, Rob Robben, as a way to give back to the best military and first responder charitable organizations. Cam has many family members that serve as first responders and in the military, so he wanted to find a way to give back. FNF is a charitable fund-of-funds, allowing the donor a level of trust that their donation will be properly used and dispersed to vetted organizations. To date, FNF has raised $290,000.00 given over $270,000.00 to funds and organizations such as: Fallen 15, Operation Military Kids, Save a Warrior, USO of Central and Southern Ohio and many more.
This year we’ll be supporting ......
Given the current social distancing practices in place due to Covid-19, this year we’re excited to host a virtual 5k allowing anyone who wants to participate and donate to do so in a fun way when we cannot all be together. Grab your kids, your spouse, your quarantine partner, or just your running shoes to escape and run, walk, or rollerblade in support of those who have helped our communities so much during this pandemic.
Due to overwhelming response, some packets with 614 Hockey Shirts will be shipped closer to the June 4th start date, and MAY result in delayed arrival. Challenge Coins are limited to the First 500 participants registered. After 500, shirts only will be available.
Be sure to tag us in your pictures and videos on social media using the #FNF5K hashtag.
Participant Tee
Participants will receive a Force Network Fund Shirt Unique to the COVID-19 response, and a Military Style Challenge Coin to prove you were part of the Battle fighting for our Front Line Personelle.
