BUT WHY?
HERE IS THE WHY:
In 2020, a group of men from F3 in St. Louis started a 5k to help push back the darkness of child sex-trafficking. What started as a virtual 5K, turned into a weeklong event logging miles anyway we could. 4 years later, the Columbus region joined their brothers to help raise money for their local community
Men, women and children ages 5 to 95 from more than 35 states joined forces to raise awareness about a problem in our own backyards. In just two years, Men from the F3 region, along with their friends, family members and neighbors have raised over $25,000 to help HerSong secure necesseties such as training and additional housing for women in Ohio
ABOUT Her Song
Her Song exists to interrupt the cycle of human trafficking by empowering survivors with holistic support to champion their journey toward freedom.

ABOUT F3 Columbus
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in all 50 states with more than 4,500 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group. F3 Columbus has 20 locations all across the greater Columbus Metropoliton area
