Race to Reduce Infant Mortality

The 2017 Columbus Kiwanis 5K Race to Reduce Infant Mortality helps raise awareness of prenatal care issues and raise funds to support organizations and programs directed at reducing infant mortality.  It will take place on Saturday May 6, 2017 at the Scioto Audubon Metro Park.

Runners and Walkers will receive a "tech" t-shirt as part of their entry.  Entrants who wish to walk the course (e.g, or expectant women and parents with infants) are encouraged to do so.

The Cause

Racing to reduce infant mortality – Central Ohio has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the country and we want to help correct that.

The Location

The race will begin and end at Scioto Audubon Metro Park - 400 W. Whittier Street Columbus Ohio 43215.

Team / Group Registrations

Teams are comprised of a minimum of 3 members each.  The first person registering can create the team or group name.  Thereafter members can join the team or group.  Any team or group who does NOT meet the minimum 3 member threshold will be billed the difference between the regular registration rate and the team discount rate after the conclusion of the event.
