World Race for Hope Columbus Virtual 5k

The 5k race that was to be held at Scioto Audubon on April 6th is canceled. You can still sign up for the Virtual 5k and support the cause of fighting human trafficking.

The World Race for Hope 5k+ charity run/walk is organized by Free To Run Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity that was formed in 2012. This is the 8th annual race in Columbus. Proceeds from registrations and donations will support anti-trafficking activities in the Columbus and Central Ohio area through our charity and social enterprise partners, Freedom a la Cart, OneVOICE4freedom, and Roosevelt Coffeehouse.

Virtual Race

You can run or walk the 5k anywhere or anytime, on April 6, or whatever date during the month of April that is convenient to you. Participation in the virtual race is free, because we see this is an opportunity to raise awareness through online and social networking, but if you would like a shirt mailed to you after the race, the cost is $15. We don't ask our virtual participants to send us their times, or pictures of their running watches. The virtual race is on the honor system. But we'd love it if you would take pictures before, during, or after your virtual run/walk to let everybody know the cause you're supporting, and tagging Free To Run Foundation.
