Monday 6:15 – 7:30 pm. Goodyear Metro Park, Akron
Thursday 6:15 – 7:30 pm. Silver Springs Park (Stow)
New this year: All-Star Division for individuals with special needs and their siblings.

Races: Sunday afternoons in Akron, Tallmadge, Springfield, Jackson, Streetsboro, Saturday Sept 9th at Walsh Jesuit High School
Distances: 400 meters(fun run) 1 mile (10 years old and under),
1.5 mile (6th grade and under)
Why: A fun introduction to the sport of running. For all abilities.
