The Burning River 100M is the 3rd leg of the Midwest Grand Slam of Ultrarunning, and the 100M race is a Western States qualifier (for their lottery). In our discussions with WSER, they ask that you finish the race in 30 hours or less to qualify. As their race has a 30 hour limit, they feel it is appropriate for you to finish Burning River in 30 hours or less.
