Learn To Race Walk

Have you ever wondered how race walkers can move that fast while their feet never leave the ground? Join us to learn more about the sport of race walking and get some great tips on how to put some extra speed in your step! All experience levels are welcome to attend. 

• What: An informative, hands on clinic designed to teach you the basics of race walking while introducing you to the Columbus walking community
• When: Sunday, February 17, 9am-noon
• Where: Dublin location of Columbus Running Company (6465 Perimeter Drive in Dublin)

Join race walking experts Joyce Prohaska and Barb Hensley as we demonstrate proper race walking technique, work on drills to perfect your form, and answer your questions.  Whether you're new to race walking or you've been putting in the miles for years, you'll learn something new and have a chance to meet members of local walking clubs.  Come dressed to be active.  Walk with us this winter!
