The 2020 CRCXC Camp has been cancelled
WHAT: The greatest running experience on Earth, CRC’s annual cross country camp
WHEN: Tuesday, July 21 - Friday, July 24 2020, 8:30am-12:00pm each day
WHERE: We’ll meet each day at the Dublin location of the CRC at 6465 Perimeter Drive
WHO: Open to middle school and high school cross country runners of all levels
They say that champions are made in the off season, and CRC’s cross country camp is here to help you get the most out of your summer training. Over the years, we've trained everyone from state champions to first-time XC athletes. Let's run!
At CRCXC Camp, you will get to:
- Log miles with the CRC
- Learn the basics of nutrition, race strategies, the training puzzle, and more
- Set challenging goals for the upcoming cross country season
- Meet others and make new friends from teams throughout the Columbus area
Beyond all the running and clinics, we keep things fun, with games interspersed throughout each day’s session. CRCXC Camp fills up quickly each year, so get yourself signed up and come run with us this summer.
If you're looking to take your training up to yet another level, be sure to also check out the Myers Running Camp, Ohio's premier overnight camp in southern Ohio held from July 10-13. Train with 3-time USATF national champ Rob Myers - a sub-4 miler and international track athlete - and Saucony.

FAQ
Question: What level of runner do I have to be in order to take part in CRCXC?
Answer: All abilities & experience levels are welcome at camp. We'll adjust mileage for each camp participant to reflect your current fitness & your upcoming goals.
Question: I've heard that CRCXC Camp is ridiculously awesome. Is this really true?
Answer: Yes. Yes it is.
Question: I really want to take my running to the next level. What's the next step?
Answer: CRCXC Camp is here to boost your training - but you can amp things up even more at a major overnight XC camp. We highly recommend the Myers Running Camp in southern Ohio. Camp counselors include a US national champ in the mile, a former OSU cross country coach, & current collegiate runners, as well as representatives from Saucony. You won't find a more fun overnight camp experience than Myers Running Camp, too! We'll have plenty of campers who take part in both the Myers Camp and CRCXC Camp.
