Paying it Forward
The Dublin City Schools Alumni Association serves as a unifying force in the Dublin community and provides alumni with a point of contact for activities. The Association is also a funding source for the Dublin Education Foundation which funds grants for programs that impact students at every level in the district.
About our Race
The Alumni Association is hosting another 5K this fall. Proceeds will be donated to various Dublin based foundations. We are eager to support causes throughout Dublin, as they are needed, whether by alumni, future alumni or the created community. The Dublin City Schools Alumni Association serves as a unifying force in the Dublin community and provides alumni with a point of contact for activities. The Association is also a funding source for the Dublin Education Foundation which funds grants for programs that impact students at every level in the district. This event is open to anyone in the community not just alumni!
Swag, packets and awards
Swag
The first 300 registered runners for the 5K will receive an event shirt and a cinch-sack goodie bag.
Packet pickup
For pre-registered participants, packets will be available for pickup from Columbus Running Company's Dublin location (6465 Perimeter Dr) on October 9 from 10a-8p, and October 10 from 10a-6p. There will also be packet pickup available at the Glacier Ridge shelterhouse on race day beginning at 7:30am.
Awards
The Dublin 5K will honor its runners with over 20 awards and prizes. Our top three males and females in the 5K will receive medals, and top male and female finishers in their age categories will also receive recognition. For our kids Fun Run, the first place boy and girl will receive a medal and gift card.
