Welcome to a race presented by the Ohio River Road Runners Club!
If you're not familiar with the Ohio River Road Runners Club, we're a 100% all-volunteer 501(c)(3) Ohio Non-Profit club dedicated to promoting running and supporting the local running community in and around Dayton, Ohio. We are one of the largest (and we think BEST) clubs in the nation.
This is one of our "small races", meaning it is free for ORRRC members, free for anyone 14 and under, and only $10 for everyone else. If you're not a member, you'll have the option to join when you register - for only $35 per year, you can get 20+ races from 1 mile to half marathon distances, on roads and trails, included!
What can you expect from an ORRRC "small race"? A great team of volunteers, most of whom are runners, committed to providing a high-quality event with well-designed courses and support for runners and walkers of all abilities. There won't be shirts or finisher medals, but for $10, you'll get a chip-timed finish (from our all-volunteer timers!), refreshments, maybe a small age group award depending on your finish, and a chance to challenge yourself or meet others in the Dayton running community. We hope you'll join us and have some fun!

Description
WHEN: Sunday, February 16. The race starts at 2:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Preble County YMCA 450 Washington Jackson Rd Eaton, OH 45320
REGISTRATION: Through Run Sign Up using preregistration link or onsite.
Race Day Registration will be held inside the Y starting at 1:00 p.m. We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, register and warm-up prior to the race start.
There will be a timed 5k walking division. You will need to designate if you are a runner or a walker when you register.
Once you have registered individually for the 5k RUN, you and one other person may also sign up as a casual two person team. There will be NO two person team awards but the top three combined times in any combination (male/female, male/male, female/female) will be calculated post race and published with the results. Team registration will be AT THE RACE ONLY, not part of Run Sign Up.
COURSE: The course will be on the roads in the YMCA area, out and back.

All Current Members Run for Free (Bring Your Membership Card)
Non-Members:
– $10 for ages 15 and up
– Free for ages 14 and under

Minors must have the liability waiver (Online through Run Sign Up or the registration sheet at the event) signed by a parent or guardian.
AWARDS: Overall male and female runner. Overall walker. Top 3 in 10 year age groups.
