Description
Join us indoor at the fabulous Spire Institute for an early season test of your 5K fitness.
We'll have 3 heats based on expected pace and will limit each heat to 35 runners.
- Heat #1 Under 21 minutes
- Heat #2 21-30 minutes
- Heat #3 30-45 minutes.
All runners will receive a custom tech shirt and the satisfaction of know that you supported people in recovery discover the benefits of regular exercise. Running2bwell has been partnering with Glenbeigh Hospital in Rock Creek to offer weekly sessions since May. We regularly connect with 55 people each week and have given out 350 pairs of shoes ($18K). We're hoping to raise enough money at this event to fund our 2025 programs at Glenbeigh.
