The Gauntlet Mud Run is a race is made up of natural terrain and military-inspired obstacles that require the use of teamwork and perseverance to make it to the finish line. The competitors will face several obstacles that include walls to climb, ropes to swing across, and mud to crawl through. The more they conquer the MUDDIER they will get! Although it’s a fun community activity, the top runners are rewarded! The top two male and female finishers will be recognized in the following age categories: 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and $100 cash goes to the Top Overall Finisher. Awards will also be presented to the largest team! All registrants receive a free drink token, a finishers medal, and a t-shirt (if registered by July 15th).

It all takes place at Chenoweth Trails - the home of the Light Foundation, which is a non-profit with the mission to take young people out of their everyday environments and provide them with unique opportunities that ignite their passion, purpose, and motivation to succeed. All proceeds from the event benefits the Light Foundation.
