Description
Sign up today for the Franklin 5K: Dash For Health! This 5K run/walk and 1 mile walk will take place at Three Creeks Metro Park in Columbus, Ohio. We are also excited to offer virtual race options (virtual 5K and virtual 1 mile) for those who cannot attend on race day but would still like to participate! Proceeds go to fund the Franklin University Healthcare & Nursing Achievement Scholarship.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and top 3 overall female finishers, as well as the top male and top female finishers in each of the following age categories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.

Steps To Complete A Virtual Race
Step 1: Sign up
Sign up for the Franklin 5K: Dash For Health here, and drop some extra in the bucket for the Franklin University Healthcare and Nursing Achievement Scholarship while you're there!
Step 2: Train
Train to get in shape for your race. Listen to your body and be smart. Looking for a group to connect with to keep you motivated throughout your training cycle? Check out the Rally Columbus group on Facebook, it's full of cheer and motivation to keep you rolling through race day.
Step 3: Participate
Get out at your convenience and participate in your race. Choose a safe course, socially distance properly as the current regulations dictate, and have some fun! Share your race photos to the results page when you submit your results.
Step 4: Report
After you've completed your race, you can report your results right from the website's results page. See our How To Report Results page on the site for details.
