Description
This event will offer two different distances for runners/walkers of all abilities. You can choose the level of challenge by participating in a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) race. The course is on the winding, paved trail at Three Creeks Metro Park, with the start/finish near the shelter house.

We take a fun, stress-free, and personalized approach to supporting each of our neighbors through their fitness journey, no matter where they start.
Packet Pickup and Check-in
Packet pickup will be on RACE DAY, starting at 8:00AM. You will be able to pickup your race bib and goody bag at the shelter house near the start/finish line. Please arrive prior to the 8:30AM start of the race to get your race bib and have time to warm up prior to the start.
Course Map
The course is an out and back 5K run, see the course map below. The course will leave from the shelter house, heading east with the turnaround near Bixby Road. The 5K course course is all on paved trail, with a few slight elevation changes. The 5K is one loop and the 10K is two loops of the out and back course.

Awards and Age Groups
Awards will be given to the top 2 male and female Overall Finishers with each distance, 5K and 10K race. Also, age group finishers will be recognized in the race results. Age Groups are: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above.
Parking
Three Creeks Metro Park offers plenty of parking in front of the shelter house, near the restrooms, or in adjacent parking lots.
