Challenge your strength and endurance in the First Spooky Nook Fitness Pump & Run 5K! Costumes are encouraged!!
Pump & Run participants, step up to the bench and press your body weight a minimum 2 reps and up to 15 reps. Each rep is worth a 30 second reduction from your 5K time.
5K walkers, joggers, and runners, enjoy your 5K on Spooky Nook property!
