A Thanksgiving tradition that brings our community together — and helps others move forward.

Join us Thanksgiving morning for the 16th Annual TurkeyBurner 5K Run & Walk around beautiful Hinckley Lake. Run it, walk it, bring the family, wear your best turkey costume, and start Thanksgiving with a little movement and a lot of fun.

TurkeyBurner is hosted by Running2bWell, a Northeast Ohio nonprofit that uses exercise and community to support people working through addiction and mental health challenges. Your participation helps us provide our programs at no cost to participants.

Start/finish and parking (same as last year)

We'll Start/Finish at the South Ball Field parking lot (1920 East Dr, Hinckley). We will run the course on the paved path around the lake as usual (CCW). Parking will be limited so we're capping registration at 1200. We highly encourage carpooling and arriving early. We'll provide detailed parking instructions as we get closer.

The main Spillway (910 Bellus Rd, Hinckley) and the Sledding Hill (State Rd) areas will offer the largest parking areas and are within walking distance of the start/finish.

In addition to views of the local flora and fauna, you might see participants in their best Thanksgiving-themed costumes.  (Turkey and cranberry suits are welcome!)

Early packet pick up will be 11/25 from 3P-6P at 2425 Medina Rd, Medina. Please do your best to pick everything on 11/25 to avoid delays on race day. You are encouraged to pick-up for friends and family.

• All participants will receive a custom long-sleeved shirt and medal
• If you raise $100 we'll refund your entry fee
• Raise $200 you'll get a refund, insulated travel mug, and a pair of socks,
• The top 10 fundraisers (minimum $200) will also receive a $100 Fleet Feet gift card good in the Cleveland area stores until 1/31/27
