Description
On October 1st 2016 the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will be holding the 1st annual “Running With the Law” Triathlon/ 5k Run. The money raised will help support school and community programs in need of financial assistance for continued operation.
Apart from the competition Area for the Sprint Tri/5K, the Kalida Lions Club will provide a beer tent and other refreshments, for the spectators who attend events throughout the park, as well as partake of the tasty food that will be provided. Available food includes BBQ chicken, bratwurst,hamburgers, and hot dogs. Athletes are encouraged to stay after competition and enjoy food, drink, and demonstrations.The office of the Sheriff has designed a fun filled family oriented environment for this event, please join us for this celebration.
