Event Description
This brand new event is virtual and is intended to help keep you on track during the winter months when the weather is less than ideal for outside workouts or even travelling to an indoor location might be less than perfect. Your goal is to track a minimum of two workouts a week for three months/12 weeks. Those that complete two workouts a week will be in the running for a random drawing for a gift card at the end of the three months. While it is easy to log something you do virtually we hope that you find ways to meet up for group activities to spread the joy and health of physically fitness.
What makes this event exciting and easy for anyone is that you can log an activity that is any physical activity that you participate in for at least 20 minutes. Running, walking, swimming, hiking, biking, steady weight lifting, yoga...if it is physical activity that is not part of your normal every day work routine it counts! You can also log more than two workouts a week and there will be the opportunity to earn virtual badges to share on your social media and a leaderboard to track where you are overall!
