Final Packet Pick-Up Info
Thank you for your patience and understanding with the cancellation of our event this past weekend due to inclement weather.
Our final packet pick-up will be tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16th, at Louisville Public Library from 5:30pm-7:00pm.
The address for the library is: 1600 S. Nickelplate St., Louisville, Ohio 44641.
We will be in the lobby area inside the library.
If you are running the event virtually, you have until December 31st to submit your 5K times to josh@gcxcracing.com. You can run your virtual race anywhere at any time including on a treadmill. Just capture a photo of your finish time to submit as proof of completing distance and time.
Additionally, we are going to award a Run Santa Run cowbell to our favorite photos of virtual participants that get submitted by December 31st to our Facebook page HERE. Find the post asking for your photos and comment below with your photos.

Event Description
Join GCXC Racing, Santa, and hundreds of runners and walkers to fill the streets with holiday spirit for the third annual "Run Santa Run 5K & Reindeer Ramble" taking place at Louisville High School in Louisville, Ohio, just a short drive from Canton and surrounding areas. Participants are encouraged to dress "festive".
The event takes place on Sunday, December 14th, 2025.
5K registration includes custom pajama pants, finisher medal, Santa hat, custom bib and swag bag. Optional long sleeves and fleece hoodies also available for pre-order during registration.
Reindeer Ramble registration includes a finisher medal, custom bib and reindeer.
- Early packet pick-up takes place at UnHitched Brewing Company on Saturday, December 13th from 3:00pm-4:30pm
- Race day packet pick-up and registration take place from 7:00am-8:00am inside the high school.
- The 400-meter Reindeer Ramble begins at 8:15am.
- The chip-timed 5K run/walk will begin at 8:30am.
- The start/finish line for the 5K is located in front of Louisville High School and takes participants on an out-and-back course through residential streets and country roads. The Reindeer Ramble will take place in the front parking lot of Louisville High School.
5K awards to the top three overall males and females and the top three in the following age groups:
9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Up.
