Prison Break 5K

Can you out run the Warden who just qualified for the Boston Marathon? Come find out on 05/14/2016 at 9:00 am at Marion Correctional Institution in Marion, OH. This race is open to the public, we welcome runners and walkers of all ages and ability levels. This experience is like none other, and is designed on and around our prison grounds. Our starting corral is truly memorable and will give you something to talk about with all your friends. Our course is flat, fast and designed for you to PR! New to this years event will be a kids fun run at 8:30 am, free to kids 10 and under. All kids run finishers will recve a medal, but only our top 3 male and female finishers in the 5K will recieve a one of a kind corrections related award.

Pre-registration is $25 and available until 05/09/2016 at runsignup.com. Race day registration will be available for $30. A t-shirt will be included in your registration fee.

ALL proceeds will go directly to Safety City of Marion, OH.
