Description
Wrap up the annual Medina Candlelight Walk with a run or walk in the inaugural Light of Day 5k, Sunday November 19th at 9 a.m. This is a family-friendly event with runners, walkers and strollers welcome. First 200 entries earn an under armor backpack!
Course:
The 5k course winds through the picturesque Forest Meadows neighborhood north of the square and starts and finishes right in front of Second Sole on the square in Medina.
Awards:
Overall male and female winners earn gift certificates from local businesses, including Second Sole.
Age group awards to the top three in the following categories: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Packet pick-up:
Saturday, November 18th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Second Sole Medina - 122 Public Square, Medina, OH 44256
Parking:
There will be limited parking around the square and ample parking in both parking garages on the east and west sides of the square on Liberty Street.
We have partnered with Feeding Medina County for this event, so bring a non-perishable food donation or cash and receive a coupon for 10% off storewide at Second Sole, good through 12/24/2023.
