CBI Turkey Trot 2024

The third annual CBI Turkey Trot in Middletown Ohio, on Nov 9th.
10:00am start time. Gates open at 8:30am.

Stay after the race for hot food, cash prizes, live music, and fun activities.

Description:
 
Proceeds benefit the cradle to career programs and services of the Community Building Institute Middletown. Your $35 payment comes with a bib to participate in the race, a swag bag, a t-shirt (if registered before 10/25), a participation medal, a post-race beer ticket (if you're 21+), pre-race snacks, hot food after the race, and access to post-race activities. Don't want to participate in the race? You can purchase a ticket and enjoy all the same benefits of the event without running. There will be an expo hosted the night before (Friday 11/8) from 4PM -9PM at Primo Italian Steakhouse for runners to pick up their bibs and swag bags early. During the expo, the restaurant will also be hosting a special dinner for  $25 per person where they’re will be lots of pasta for carb loading! Salad, bread, beverages and chocolate cookies also included.

Compete as an individual or with your business as a corporate team. Categorized prizes will be awarded to solo runners and a traveling trophy will be awarded to the corporate team winner for the year. The first three male runners and the first three female runners to cross the finish line will receive cash prizes.

5K/3.1-mile course starts Primo Italian Steakhouse. You'll be able to wait for the race to start inside a heated tent or in the restaurant to stay warm. Parking will be available in the adjacent bus station parking lot and restaurant parking. Water will be provided at the halfway point and at the end of the course.

Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. However, please be aware that dogs won't be allowed in the tent after the race because we are serving hot food.

T-shirt deadline: 

October 25th

Registration for the race will remain open until the day of the event. Shirts had to be ordered by 10/25. Those who registered prior to 10/25 are guaranteed a t-shirt. Those who registered after 10/25 may or may not receive a shirt should there be extras.

Awards:

The first three male runners and the first three female runner to cross the finish line will win cash prizes, restaurant gift certificates and medals. 1st - $300 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card; 2nd  - $200 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card; 3rd  - $100 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card

Overall best time for 1st place male and female.

Corporate Teams:
Traveling trophy goes to the corporate team with the lowest average runtime. They'll keep the trophy at their offices for the year!
Corporate teams need to reach out to CBI to get your unique team code. Teams must be 4 people or more.
