Rainbow Run 5k & 100 meter High Heel Dash

June 3rd 2023 Rainbow Run 5K + High Heel 100m "Drag" Race!
A special Pride fundraiser, all proceeds will be going to the 2023 Middletown Pride event on June 24th!

Rainbow Run 5K:
This is for any and everyBODY! Runners and walkers are all welcome!
Route will take us around Smith Park's outer loop twice, with color bomb stations along the way. (The color powder is made from cornstarch)

High Heel 100m "Drag" Race:
Strut your stuff! This event is all fun and games, but let's see who can dash the fastest in some heels.
...And yes, you can participate in both events!

-Heel minimum of 3 inches
-Chunky heels are allowed
-No wedges please 

Race t-shirt:
Rainbow Run t-shirts are an additional $10.00. These will be all white shirts at the start of the race, but by the end they will have all the colors of the rainbow!
To guarantee a shirt make sure to sign up by May 19th.

Time:
4pm: Race Check-In
5pm: High Heel 100m "Drag" Race
5:30pm: Rainbow Run 5k

All participants will receive a special finishers award. After the event, head on downtown to continue the fun at the post race party at Spoken Bicycles in Middletown! 🌈 *21 and up only!
