Join us for our August Fitness Challenge. Can you log the most miles in August? Will it be you? Let's finish out summer with a BANG! You can run, walk, jog or skip. The choice is yours. August is like the Sunday of Summer...our tans will fade, the pools will close but with the end of summer comes a time for change — a chance to make things new. It's time to make changes for the better.
