Fireman's Festival 5k & 1-mile Fire Truck Trot (Live & Virtual)

**THERE WILL BE NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION FOR THE 5K**

5k registrations must be received by midnight on Wednesday, July 6th.

Annual New Concord Fireman's Festival 5k, hosted by John Glenn Cross Country/Track & Field

SATURDAY, JULY 9TH @8:30AM

**NEW IN 2022**

1. Fire Truck Trot: A 1-mile fun run for our youngest participants. **ONLY this event will have day-of registration available**

2. Fireman's 5k walk or run: This out & back route along Main Street, with a turn around point on 40 east of New Concord will be our flattest & fastest course to date.

3. Friendship 7-Miler: Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of John Glenn's Friendship 7 flight. This course begins in Cambridge (John's birthplace) and traverses the 7 miles to New Concord (home of the John & Annie Glenn Museum). **Participants must maintain a minimum 15-minute mile pace**

Packet pick-up will be available July 9th from 6:15-7:30am at the following locations:

 Friendship 7-miler will be at the Pritchard Laughlin Civic Center. *NO walk up registration*

Fireman's 5k will be in front of New Concord Elementary. *NO walk up registration*

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE July 6th at MIDNIGHT.

*ALL 7-mile & 5k registrations must be received by this time to allow timer to assign bibs & chips for timing system*

**ONLY the Fire Truck Trot will have walk-up registration available on July 9th**

Fire Truck Trot 1-mile registration/pick-up will be available July 9th from 6:15-10:00am in front of New Concord Elementary.
