Red2Blue Community Training Run

This is a FREE Community Training Run open to all runners/walkers (you do not have to be participating in the Red2Blue Run on July 9 to attend)!

- Start Time is 9:30AM!  Please bring your own watch/phone as you will need it to keep track of your time!

- We will start/finish in the parking lot in front of Roasted Coffee Shop.

- You will run/walk down the sidewalk on Bagley Road headed east toward Olmsted Falls Middle School.

- This is an individual effort based training run.  You will run out 15 minutes and turnaround and come back to the coffee shop parking lot.  Everyone will meet and start together on the sidewalk by 9:30AM.

                 - It is important to keep your pace where you are able to maintain the same or better pace coming back to the finish once you hit that fifteen minute mark.  Ideally you will run/walk for 30 minutes or less.

- It is important to stick to about a 30 minute time line as we will raffle off a gift card to Roasted Coffee Shop and Free 5k Entry into our July 9 2nd Annual Red2Blue Station Run once everyone is back!

- Everyone who attends will get free self pour coffee (it will be located outside the coffee shop by their windows.  Kids who attend will receive a free "Mom's Cookie"!

-Once again, this is a FREE event, however, we want you to sign up so we have a good idea of how many are attending!  

- We recommend you come showing your Spirit by wearing some Olmsted Spirit swag from a previous race you have done with us!  If you don't have a shirt with us yet, we will have some old race swag on sale for a really good discount!  Almost all our shirts are quality soft style or triblend material!  

- Come ready to have some Fun and Run!
