Fat Little 5k New Course Preview Run!
***Join Jeff, Director of the Olmsted Spirit Race Series, on a very easy effort paced run previewing the new 5k race route for the upcoming Fat Little 5k that takes place on Saturday, June 15!
Date: Sunday, June 2, 2024
Time: 8:30AM
Where to Meet: Park in the Greenbrooke Plaza where First Federal Lakewood is located.
**This is a group fun run. Jeff will be running at an approximately 8:00 minute/mile pace. The roads will be open to traffic so we will abide by all common law and run on sidewalks where available or the left side of the road facing oncoming traffic where sidewalks are not available. This may mess with the distance of the run since we will not be able to run in the road. If you plan on bringing kids who may be participating in the race, please be careful when crossing roads!
Again this is not a race. The goal of this run is to get some group fitness in and show you the new route you will run on June 15!
