A π Day Race for Nerds and Pi(e) lovers!

SATURDAY MORNING, MARCH 14, 2019

Race Day Registration Opens at 8:00 am - Kids Race Starts at 9:04 am - 3.1415 Mile Race Starts at 9:26:53 am

LOCATION: Registration, Start and Finish are at the SECOND SOLE Store, Levis Commons, Perrysburg, Ohio

COURSE: An accurately measured 3.1415926535897932384626433832795028841971693993751058209749 mile course.

KIDS RACE COURSE: An accurately measured four furlong course (40 chains).

NERDY ATTIRE IS ENCOURAGED!

AWARDS: Guaranteed to be Nerdy!

• Overall male & female, Overall master (40+) male & female and Overall grand master (50+) male & female.
• The first 314 finishers will receive a Custom Die-cast finisher's medal.
• Age group awards at least 5 deep for male and female.
• Age groups: 8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99  & 100 and older.
• No Duplication of Awards, unless you are in the 100 and older age group.

KIDS RACE AWARDS: Guaranteed to be Nerdy!

• Overall boy & girl Little Nerdling (ages 6 and under) and overall boy & girl Nerdling (ages 7 to 12) will receive special prizes.
• All finishers will receive a Custom finisher's medal.

SHIRTS:

• All Pre-Registered participants (by Sunday, 03/01/20) WILL RECEIVE A GENDER SPECIFIC TANK TOP!! A VERY limited number of TANK TOPS will be available on race day. Dudes and little dudes, what are you waiting for? PRE-REGISTER!!

REFRESHMENTS AND OTHER INFO:

• Coffee, Fruit, Sports Drink and PIES. Did I mention PIES?? All PIES provided by SCHMUCKER'S!!
• PI CHALLENGE: Think you know Pi? Special Prize for the person who can recite the most digits of Pi from memory!
• EARLY PACKET PICKUP/LATE REGISTRATION on Wednesday, March 12, 2020 from 5pm to 8pm at the SECOND SOLE Store in Levis Commons.

• Pre-Registered entries - postmarked by SUNDAY, MARCH 1, 2020: 7pi ($21.99) DO NOT MAIL AFTER 03-01-20! You have been warned!
• Toledo Roadrunners Club Members can deduct 1pi ($3.14) from the above Pre-Registration price! Mathematically challenged? Here's the deal: If you are a TRRC Member your cost is 6pi ($18.85). Yes, it is an even amount...in terms of Pi!
• Don't want a RUN FOR PI Tank Top?? What?!?! TRRC Members: 4pi ($12.56), Non-Members: 5pi ($15.71). Mail or just show up and pay ONLY! **
• LATE REGISTRATION AND RACE DAY ENTRY FEE with TANK TOP if available: 8pi ($25.13) **
• ** There will be no change (coins, that is) given at PACKET PICKUP or on RACE DAY ** (Would you want to count out change?? Our Treasurer doesn't want to either!)  So, either bring exact change or write a check!  If you don't have exact change, the fees will be rounded up to the nearest dollar amount.
