Description
The goal of the Run Down the Demons Obstacle Run & Walk is to raise awareness about PTSD, suicide prevention, and mitigating the stigma associated with these issues within our military community.
Run Down the Demons® is a 501 (c)(3), nonprofit organization headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. The organization advocates for education, awareness, and research into post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other mental health complications that Veterans and Their Families might be facing.

Each participant will receive a registration for the Run Down the Demons Run or Walk, a race t-shirt, and free parking and admission for the day to the Columbus Zoo.
Run Down the Demons 1 Mile Walk
When registering for the walk, if 4 participants sign up together, the price will be $100 (savings of $40). Any additional members that sign up on the initial group registration will be $20 per person.
Please note that if you sign up for the Run Down the Demons 1 Mile Walk, you will not be timed. Only participants of the Run Down the Demons Obstacle Run will be timed.
Children aged 7 and under are free for the 1 mile walk only.
Early Packet Pickup
Race packets may be picked up early at Columbus Running Company's Dublin location (6465 Perimeter Drive) on Thursday, August 15 (10AM-8PM) and Friday, August 16 (10AM-8PM). You may also pick up your packets at the race beginning at 5:00AM on Saturday, August 17.
Parking
There is ample parking at the Columbus Zoo.
