Triathlon participants begin with a swim at Splash Zone and then will transition to their bike and ride to Eagle City Soccer Complex via the bike path. After biking, participants will complete the event with a run on the grass fields to receive their well-deserved finisher’s medal!
All participants should arrive at least 1 hour prior to their start time to check in, get race number, set up bike, and pick up t-shirt.
-8:00 AM Brief pre-race instructions for 4-6 year old competitors. The first wave will begin immediately following the instructions.
-Approximately 8:45 AM Brief pre-race instructions for 7-8 year old competitors AFTER the
last competitor in the previous race is finished. The first wave will begin immediately following the instructions.
-Approximately 9:30 AM Brief pre-race instructions for 9-10 year old competitors AFTER
the last competitor in the previous race is finished. The first wave will begin immediately following the instructions.
-Approximately 10:20 AM Brief pre-race instructions for 11-14 year old competitors AFTER
the last competitor in the previous race is finished. The first wave will begin immediately following the instructions.
4-6 year olds SWIM 25 yards BIKE 1 mile RUN .25 mile
7-8 year olds SWIM 50 yards BIKE 2 mile RUN .50 mile
9-10 year olds SWIM 100 yards BIKE 3.5 mile RUN .75 mile
11-14 year olds SWIM 200 yards BIKE 4.5 mile RUN 1.00 mile

All finishers receive a finisher’s medal
Placement awards will be given for the top 3 male and female placers in each age group
Post-race drinks and snacks will be available for the competitors
Payment for day of event registration is cash or check only
Important Information:
Helmets are required
Set up running shoes, towel, and helmet prior to beginning the race
Parking will be available at Splash Zone or Eagle City Soccer Complex
In the event of rain, the event could be delayed up to 1.5 hours
Competitors should arrive at least 1 hour prior to their race time to check in and set up their bike, helmet and tennis shoes for running
Children are encouraged to transition and complete this race with little to no parent participation.
