Swag

All participants will receive a race shirt (while supplies last) and swag bag (1 swag bag per family)! The deadline to be guaranteed a shirt is September 13. Shirts and shirt sizes are first come, first serve within the registration process after September 13.

Early Packet pickup

In-person registrants - If you want to save time in line on race day, you can pick up your race packets early at the GRE shelter house (General Rosecrans Elementary 301 S Miller Dr 43074) October 12th from 9am-1pm. If you can't make it to early packet pickup, packets can be picked up on the day of the race at the race site.

Virtual registrants - All virtual registrants MUST pick up their packets at early packet pickup on Oct. 12 (see details above) OR race day packet pickup (12:30 pm - 2 pm at GRE on Oct. 13). There will be no shipping of virtual packets for this year's race.

Event changes

You can change your event (5K -> 1 Mile, or 1 Mile -> 5K) at any time through October 13! If it's before the race starts, simply go to your RunSignUp profile and follow these instructions. If you need to request an event change after October 13, please use the Questions button on this page.

Virtual Race

Virtual participants have the option to submit results on the "Results" tab (top of the website) between the dates of 10/13 and 10/20. Virtual results reporting is completely optional and not a requirement. As noted above, all virtual registrants MUST pick up their packets at early packet pickup (see details above). There will be no shipping of virtual packets for this year's race.

If you sign up your family members all at once, the discount will be applied at the check-out page in the registration process!

Parking

Parking will be available at General Rosecrans Elementary (301 S Miller Dr 43074), surrounding neighborhood side streets, or the Kroger lot across Miller Dr.

Race Day Timeline

• 12:30 PM - Race day registration* and packet pickup begins at General Rosecrans Elementary School.
• 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Pre-race celebration and family fun
• 2:00 PM - The Big Nut Strut 5K and 1 Mile begin!
• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Post race cool down and awards announcements

*As listed above, we are going cashless this year!
Please note that all race day registration will be cashless and all registration will be done online (no cash transactions). Please bring your smartphone and credit card with you on race day if you or your friends are planning to register on the day of the race! Thank you so much.
