We will design a program for you to train in a group setting that motivates and inspires you, so come race day you’re ready to rock! Our 7-day-a-week, 8 week training program includes group runs on Wednesday evenings at Fallen Timbers and Saturday morning training run at a local metropark.
So you are new to running, looking to transition from walking or just complete your first 5k race? We will get you from the couch to the finish line with a detailed, 8 week plan that will gradually build you from walking to running and get you to the finish line.
You've got some experience with the 5k, but have dreams of running faster just not sure how to approach it. Let us take the base you have built and use that to your advantage! We will make you faster by pushing you with a detailed training program in a motivating, fun atmosphere!!!
3.1 miles of racing, no problem right? What if your dream is the "Gold Standard," a sub 20 min 5k? Our experienced staff will craft a plan to not only push you to your fastest PR (Personal Record) but encourage you and have a lot of fun getting there in the process!
It doesn’t matter if your New Year Resolution was to start running and complete your first 5K or your goal is to break 20 minutes, we will put you in the proper training pace group to get you to the finish line!
