When does all the fun begin?
The clock starts on February 28th, so get signed up to make the most of your time. The challenge officially ends on Sunday, April 3rd at 11:59 PM. This is a total of 5 weeks to move those legs in a serious manner!
Lourdes University has set up a private Strava Club for this challenge, where all your miles will be tracked through your device. If you don't have a Strava account, you can create a free one to use for the event.
This is a simple challenge of accumulating miles over the 5 weeks with only a few basic rules:
- Challenge miles need to be either walking or running miles.
- Only miles synced in the Step Into Spring With Lourdes Strava Club will be counted for badges, prizes, challenges, and contests.
- You can use your phone to track (Strava App), or a GPS watch because they both sync to Strava.
* Registration will remain open through March 6th.
