2018 Dave's Spring Marathon In-Training

Dave's Marathon Training Group gives you the benefit of personal coaching through a training plan designed to enable you to achieve your goal.  The Marathon and Half Marathon program will begin the first week of January 2018.  The Mercy Health Glass City Marathon will be the focus event of all the programs offered. Each program will have different pace groups to meet your needs and assigned coaches for each group.  Come out and join hundreds of other runners just like you. 

The First Timer

So you are looking to complete your first half marathon?  We will get you from the couch to the finish line with a detailed training program that will gradually build your endurance.

The Weekend Warrior

You’ve got some experience with running the half marathon or shorter distances. Maybe you've completed the half before and are just looking to get to the next level.  We can help! 

The Boston Qualifier

26.2 miles of asphalt, no problem right?  What if you want to run that distance in Boston, Massachusetts? Our experienced staff will craft a plan to not only push you to your BQ, but encourage you and have a lot of fun getting you there in the process!

What we are trying to say is no experience to plenty of experience fits into all of our training programs.  We would love to share the journey with you as you cross that finish line!!!!

Included in the program will be a gender specific Nike Element 1/2 Zip, Marathon In-Training winter hat, and gender specific In-Training lifestyle t-shirt for the half and full marathoners.

Tuesday Evenings 6:00pm at Bowling Green State University's Perry Field House - 801 N. Mercer Road Bowling Green, OH 43402

Thursday Evenings 6:00pm at Bowling Green State University's Perry Field House - 801 N. Mercer Road Bowling Green, OH 43402

Saturday Morning 8:00am Toledo Area Metroparks.

Findlay MIT meets at Kohler Center/University of Findlay on Tuesdays at 7pm for indoor track workouts.  Group run are Thursdays at 6pm at the Findlay Dave's location, and long runs are Saturday mornings at 8am leaving from the Findlay YMCA.
