University of Toledo Triathlon Club Indoor Triathlon 2025

Early-season indoor triathlon hosted by the University of Toledo Triathlon Club at the Student Recreation Center. Swim, bike, and run with members of the local triathlon community as training transitions from indoor to outdoor. Set-up of the event is as follows:

- 15 minute lap swim

- 10 minute transition to cycling studio

- 25 minute stationary bicycle

- 5 minute transition to upstairs track

- 20 minute run

Participants will go off in waves every 20 minutes starting at 10:00 am. Each wave should be on the pool deck 15 minutes before their start time. Waves will be assigned on Feb 21. Up to 9 waves will be fielded; if sign-ups exceed 72 participants, some participants may be 2-per-lane during the swim. Total amount of participants capped at 144. 

For each discipline and respective category, the participant with the highest distance will be awarded a score of 100 and then second place and onwards will be scaled as a percentage of the top performer. A summation of the three disciplines will determine overall score.

Awards will be given to overall male and female winners as well as top 3 in collegiate and non-collegiate categories.

Registration fee of $30. Daily or hourly parking passes must be purchased if parking at the Student Recreation lot.
