Unfortunately, due to health concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, Premier Health is forced to announce the cancellation of the 2020 Upper Valley Medical Center 5K to Fight Hunger that was postponed to later this year. We were looking forward to seeing each of you and participating in a fun, healthy activity to benefit our neighbors in need.
You will receive an email from Run Sign-Up outlining several options on next steps, i.e. donate the monies to the 5K fund for distribution this year to the four food pantries (1)Bethany Center Food Pantry, Piqua; 2) Needy Basket of Southern Miami County, Tipp City; 3) New Path Outreach, Miami County; 4) St. Patrick’s Soup Kitchen/Hobart Community Kitchen, Troy). Or, request a 100% full refund.
Deadline to respond to Run Sign-up’s email is Wednesday, July 15, 2020. After that date, all monies remaining will be donated to the food pantries listed above.
We cannot thank you enough for your continued support of Upper Valley Medical Center’s 5K to Fight Hunger. We look forward to seeing you all next year!
Kindest Regards,
Heather McFadgen Jennifer Jones
