Description
The Lake Township FISH 5K course is USATF-certified. The 3.1 mile road course begins and ends at the Lake Blue Streak Football Stadium. Participants can choose to participate in a timed Run, a timed Walk (ABSOLUTELY no running or jogging), or in an untimed Fun Walk. A Kids FUN Run will also take place at 8:00.
Our day will begin with a half mile Kid's FUN Run at 8:00. At 8:30 our runners will take off, with the walkers right behind them!
The race supports Lake Township FISH, an organization which operates a food pantry and is a source of temporary emergency assistance for people in need in the Lake Township area.
We plan to have several activities available on the field for individuals and families to enjoy. We will have some children's activities including facepainting, the Kids Fun Run, pre- and post- race stretching activities, and some chair massages available. Everyone can join in the fun and visit the Photo Booth and take home a fun photo strip from the morning's events!
All pre-registered participants will receive a race T-shirt, a white 5K oval decal and a "goodie bag" with free samples and other items.

Packet Pick up
All packets are to be picked up the morning of the race starting at 7am.
Awards
Awards will be given out starting at 9:30. Awards will not be mailed.

Results may be viewed at www.rsracingsystems.com immediately following the race.
T-Shirts
If you register after May 31st, T-shirts are first come first served. All sizes may not be available.
