A Celebration of Hope 5K Run/Walk

This race will benefit Hope, who is suffering due to her medical condition.

On July 1st, 2018 Hope Sensabaugh was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. Early in her treatment she developed a staph infection at the port entry site. The infection attacked her body and she had to undergo a risky surgery on her neck to remove the infected mass on her spinal cord. This caused Hope to become partially paralyzed which necessitating physical and occupational therapy to learn to walk again. She has had two more bouts with the staph infections the last one in December being the worst case the University of Cincinnati has ever seen. She has just had her tumor and breast removed and will be starting 6 weeks of daily radiation. Race proceeds will go to offset all medical bills she has accrued.
