Who is the camp for?

Boys and girls ages 10 to 14 years old who are a beginning or intermediate level runner. If you are an advanced runner, we recommend you check out the Go The Distance Running School.

When:

June 24th – 28th, 2013 – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Location:

Oak Openings Metro Park, Mallard

A Typical Day at Camp:

Open with a Guest Speaker, warm-ups, 1 or 2 mile run, Guest Speaker, team building exercise, Lunch, movie, FCA/Goals, Survivor or Amazing Race, Guest Speaker, warm-up game, 2 or 3 mile run, daily wrap-up.
