RED WHITE AND RUN
Join us Thursday, July 4th for the 6th Annual Red White and Run 5k presented by the Muskingum Recreation Center located on the Ohio University Zanesville Campus. Wear your most patriotic costume, and join our patriotic promenade in front of the MRC. Prizes will be given to the most patriotic costumes. Walkers are welcome! This year we are adding a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk (This is a non-timed division. The top three finishers will receive awards.)
Proceeds raised at this event will support the future growth and development of the Muskingum Recreation Center programs and scholarships
for youth swimming. The families and friends of this community will have the opportunity to come out and celebrate the 4th of July in a fun and healthy way! Additional family fun activities will be held from 9-11:30am enjoy kid friendly games, music, snacks and more.

Muskingum Recreation Center is located on the Ohio University Zanesville campus. The race will start and finish in front of the Muskingum Recreation Center.
Packet pick-up will begin Wednesday, July 3rd from 5-7 p.m. at the Muskingum Recreation Center Lobby.

Participants will enjoy the tree lined Collegial Woods jogging trail and the beauty of the Ohio University Zanesville/Zane State Campus.
STARTING TIME:
8:00 am the awards will be after all runners are finished.
5k Run/Walk will begin at 8:00am
1 mile Family fun run/walk- will begin at 8:15am (This is a non-timed division. The top three finishers will receive awards.)
AWARDS:
Awards will be issued to the top three overall male/female finishers.
Awards will also be issued to the top male/females in each of the following age categories:
14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
RACE RESULTS:
Results will be published on our website at www.muskingummultisports.com following the conclusion of the race.

Your race packet will include a gender specific race-shirt with the official race logo, finish line food and beverage. Register by June 20th to be guaranteed a Race Day T-shirt.
