10 Tips to Be a Better Runner
10 - Start by running to the refrigerator and back
9 - Don't step on the person's heel in front of you
8 - Running only sucks till you stop
7 - Tying your shoes 17 times in a race is good way to disguise your misery
6 - Always sign up for the 91-99 user old age group. You can increase your odds of getting a medal
5 - Be sure too carry at least 2 gallons of water for the 5K distance in February
4 - Males in short shorts must learn how to properly cross their legs when sitting
3- Proper layering is a must in winter. Wear seven jackets, three pairs of tights and two beanie caps at the start and finish almost naked
2 -Only cowboys and convicts wear their race bib number on their back
1 - You will chafe everywhere! Including your inner ear.

- Scenic course amid the warm ocean breezes of Northern Siberia
- Marathon starts as soon as you exit the porta-potty
- Ample parking is available in the muddy parking lot inside the horse stables
- Bozo the Clown will make an appearance from 9am till the first kid cries
- Professional race photographer will be on hand to catch your epic stumble near the finish
Proceeds go to fund the wonderful farmers and chemists in Cali Columbia.
