2nd Base Savers Run/Walk

Join us for our 1st Annual 2nd Base Savers Breast Cancer Run and Walk. The 2nd Base Savers is made up of local women of all ages, all whom have been touched by breast cancer--whether through a loved one's experience or their own journey as survivors. Our 2BS founder, Ashley, saw a Susan G Komen 3-Day commercial in 2011 and decided this was something she wanted to do. At the time, her mother was a 2-time breast cancer survivor, her maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother, and paternal grandmother's twin sister were all survivors as well.  The 2nd Base Savers have had a group of women walk in the Susan G Komen 3-Day walk each year since 2011, walking in 7 different states. This is a powerful 60-mile walk with a mission to end breast cancer. The money raised from this event will help each of our walkers reach their Susan G Komen 3-Day goal.

Our run/walk will include a T-Shirt and medals for finishers.  Packet pick up will be Friday, April 4th from 5-7pm at the Chickasha Golf & Country Club.
