Join us at Claremore Lake Park for a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon on August 20th! Great race for the newbie to the experienced. We will swim in beautiful Claremore Lake and enjoy the streets of Claremore for your road bike ride and finish with a run in the Park.
Packet Pick-Up: RunnersWorld Tulsa 3920 S Peoria on Friday August 18th 10-6pm and Saturday August 19th 10-5pm. If you live more than 30 miles from RunnersWorld Tulsa please email email@example.com to be placed on the exception list for race day packet pickup.

Swim will be 1 loop for Sprint participants and 2 loops for Olympic participants.
You must wear swim cap provided at packet pickup.
Bike course will be 1 loop for Sprint and 2 loops for Olympic participants. Olympic participants will turn right when they come back to Blue Star to complete the loop again. Olympic will not re-enter park until they have completed their 2nd loop.
You must wear a helmet, have bike bar end caps and you CANNOT have earbuds or music device on you during any portion of the bike or run.
5k Run Course through park
Leave transition and follow road, orange cones and a volunteer will direct you onto the park trail. Follow park trail around and cross bridge, hit aid station #1 and turn left and follow trail to soccer fields. Follow path until it leads you to the parking lot of soccer fields and turn around at Aid Station #2.
10k Run Course
10k Route – Olympic Run
Leave transition and follow road, orange cones and a volunteer will direct you onto the park trail. Follow park trail around and cross bridge, hit aid station #1 and turn left and follow trail to soccer fields. Follow path until it leads you to the parking lot of soccer fields, aid #2 will be there and you will run to the turnaround cone. Head back the way you came, hit aid #1 and head back towards the start. Before you get back onto the road you will turn around at the volunteer and do a 2nd loop back out to the soccer field and back for the 10k.
