Race Day June 10, 7a.m.  (registration starts at 6)
 
Proceeds go to Local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
 
Mail forms and checks to: Walmart 340 / CMN 5K run, 131 Paul Carr Drive, Checotah, OK 74432
 
Make checks payable to Walmart 340 (write CMN 5K run on the memo line)
 
Preregistration is $25 for run and $15 for walk ends May 31st.  (includes shirt)

This race is part of Checotah’s Old Settlers Day Activities that start at 9:00 a.m. in downtown Checotah – followed by a parade in the afternoon
