This race will be the sixth year for this event
Always a great time of year to end your season and it is the last race of the year in the great state of Oklahoma
Great lake (no wake) in a protected cove. This is the most spectator friendly swim in the state allowing the Athletes supporters to walk the shoreline for the entirety of the distance always knowing where they are. Great kayak support
The bike course is a very challenging course for all the distances ending with a very fast run course. This course has multiple loops making it a very spectator friendly course all the way to the finish line.
Sprint: Swim 500yd - Bike 18mi - Run 3m
Super Sprint: Swim 300yd - Bike 6mi - Run 2mi
Duathlon: Run 2mi - Bike 18mi - Run 2mi
