Description
Join us for a weekend of training sponsored by Team Zoot Central Region! We are excited for a fun time of training and eating! You can join for one day or both days of training. We will train Saturday 8/31 and Sunday 9/1
- Saturday, 8/31:
- Bike
- Start at Los Cabos, Jenks - roll at 7:30am - Long Route to Beggs for 60miles, or shorter distance 35 miles to Mounds
- Support provided
- Minimum of 13 mph average ride pace
- Run (optional)
- 1-4 miles after bike ride
- Lunch (provided)
- Waterfront Grill
- Bike
- Sunday 9/1
- Swim
- Start 7:30am at Skiatook Black Dog Boat Ramp, choice of 4k or 2K meter swim with Tulsa Masters Swim Club
- Kayak support provided
- Must have swim buoy
- Bike
- Ride after 15-20 miles
- Minimum of 13 mph average ride pace
- Lunch (provided)
- Downtown local restaurant
- Swim
